Orange and Black have become synonymous with Halloween, witches and pumpkins!!  Coincidentally, bengal tigers have orange and black coloration.  So, this pen blank bar is perfect for your Halloween treats to very good friends and family.

The bar can be cut in half lengthwise and drilled dead center to yield two pens.  You must have the skill and the equipment, but if done properly, you will turn off about one-tenth of an inch at the largest part of the pen.  Indicate in comments on your order if you would like US to cut it lengthwise for you.

This component of the Handle Anything Chuck system is a replacement for the chuck included with the system. It threads onto a 1in x 8tpi headstock thread.

Our system allows you to create closed ends for a variety of projects, including bottle stoppers, tools, and kitchen utensils. It comes with threaded rods and Standard Pen Mandrel shafts, allowing you to use any bushing to achieve the desired turning size. You can expand the system to create closed-end pen kits, key chains, seam rippers, and custom twist caps.

• The Handle Anything Chuck System lets you turn closed-end pens & handles for various woodturning projects.
• Collet chuck base (PKHA01) is pre-threaded at 1" x 8tpi to mount on your lathe's headstock spindle.
• Includes (2) Stepped Bushings so you have four size guides.
• Includes (2) 7mm threaded mandrel shafts.

Turn a closed-end Pen Project using the Handle Anything Chuck System. Add a mandrel shaft and threaded plug inserts to turn 7mm, 8mm, 3/8 in., 10mm, 10.5mm, or 12.5mm closed-end pens or projects. Insert the appropriate female threaded plug in the end of your pen tube and secure it by threading it onto the appropriate mandrel shaft. Then slide the shaft into Handle Anything Chuck, secure it at the headstock end, and support it at the tailstock end while you turn.
