This is the "bottom" piece-a black cap that fits inside the 1.5 inch tubing to seal it for color casting 1.5 inch diameter tubes.

Underhill Casting Solutions - Measuring Cup. This sturdy plastic measuring cup has a handle and a spout which is ideal for filling the clear casting tubes while in the rack. Will not bend or deform with the weight of the resin. Afterward, any remains of cured Alumilite will simply peel right out, and you will be ready for the next use.

Our system includes cutting shafts that will fit into a drill chuck or lathe chuck– the shaft will clean the glue from the tubes and act as a pilot for the 3/4" squaring cutter.

An essential step for making a quality pen project is to square the end of your pen blanks and pen tubes prior to the final pen kit assembly. With the carbide cutter head replacement for your barrel trimmer, there is no need to sharpen it anymore! Note: only 2 blades have the cutter attachment so it's important that you hold the blank securely when trimming to prevent digging in.

This Universal Stainless Bottle Stopper Mandrel is for 1.25″-8 TPI Spindles. The smaller “turn to diameter” on the mandrel is set for small projects like Honey Dippers but just slide on the included bushing to change the “turn to diameter” for larger diameter projects like bottle stoppers. Thus the mandrel can be used with or without bushing, depending on the project!
