Mahoney Finishes Walnut Oil wax is superior to traditional mineral oil paste waxes. Walnut Oil Wax will penetrate and harden while the beeswax and carnauba blend will produce a harder, more durable finish with a deep, rich luster. Food safe finish for salad bowls, cutting boards as well as furniture. Fast drying.

Recommended for use over Utility Finish.

    Is this oil safe to use on bowls that wll be used for food such as salads or fruit?

    Hi Harry! Yes. All of the ingredients are non-toxic and food safe. Is recommended as a finish for bearing bowls.
