We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal, as well as most other forms of payment. Checks payments are available, but may delay your order as it will not ship until the check is received and processed.

Shipping Policy

Domestic (U.S.)

Orders normally ship via USPS or UPS. Carrier selection may change if needed. Shipping rates are based on weight, size, and destination, and options, including express shipping, are shown at checkout.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1 business day.

Some items (resins, chemicals, heavy or oversized products) may be excluded from free shipping offers. Free Shipping offers are limited to Con US. Delivery times on shown on the website are from the Carriers and are estimates only.

 

International Shipping Policy

International shipping rates are shown at checkout when available.

Customers are responsible for:

• Shipping costs

• Customs clearance

• Duties, taxes, and fees

Some products and destinations are restricted. We currently do not ship to:

Russia, Czech Republic, South Africa, Malaysia, Vietnam, Ukraine, or Turkey,

UK orders must exceed £135 (excluding shipping) due to the UK's Brexit regulations.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Your Right to Withdraw

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), you have the right to

withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a

third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the contact us section on this website.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
• The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
• The supply of sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus are not
• suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature,
• inseparably mixed with other items
• The supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the
• performance has begun with your prior express consent and your
• acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal
• The supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of
• subscription contracts for the supply of such publications

Legal Reference: This right of withdrawal is set out in EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which harmonizes consumer protection laws across the European Union.

Reshippers & Freight Forwarders

We may ship to U.S.-based reshippers. Once delivered, ExoticBlanks is not responsible for loss, damage, or missing items during forwarding.

Returns Due to Address or Customs Issues

Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs if orders are returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Customs delays or unpaid fees

Please double-check your shipping details.

 

Parts & Kit Policy

Pen kits are manufacturer-packaged. With some exceptions, extra parts are not available

• Defective parts may be replaced within 6 months

• Missing parts must be reported within 7 days

• Damage during assembly or use is not covered

• Kits purchased elsewhere are not supported

Email photos of issues to sales@exoticblanks.com. And we will be happy  to correct any problems or issues.

Missing Items

All orders should be inspected upon delivery. Missing items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Pricing & Availability

Prices and availability may change without notice. Errors will be corrected promptly.

We are always happy to add to orders, but please try to keep the line items added to a reasonable number (4 or fewer). Otherwise, it can become confusing, and errors can occur. For larger quantities of additional items, please place a new order, and we will be happy to combine orders and refund any applicable shipping charges. (Please note that adding to an order will not change or alter any existing quantity discounts on the original order, but deletions may.)

Quantity discounts are computed per transaction; quantities cannot be combined for discounts between orders or over time.

From time to time, items may go out of stock or be discontinued. Email notifications are available on product pages. Unfortunately, one-of-a-kind items can not be restocked.

We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.

Privacy Policy

Your information is yours. We do not sell, rent, or share customer data outside of ExoticBlanks operations.
