Hi Mary, These come packaged as a kit only. The manufacturer does not make parts available separately. But the blue part is called a blank that is not included in the kit. It is shown only as an example of what you could make. Only the metal parts are included in the kit. You can still do what you want by either choosing a different blank or by replacing the brass tubes that come in the kit and replacing them with a different compatible set of a different length. But you will still need to buy the kit
