This amazing piece of workmanship involved many hours of design and cutting - including thousands of lines of code. Once cut, the upper blank was re cast, in white resin. The matching blank for the lower barrel is plain (uncarved).
The blank will fit a mid size pen (Jr Gent II/Jr Statesman/Triton etc) Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some of the white sanding dust and CA or epoxy. Painted tubes are recommended.
