Highly underestimated kit. This is a great pen, and I sell them and have two for myself. Very stylish and modern hex shape, long body to make max display of the blank. Reliable clicker. Do review assembly instructions, though, because it can be assembled incorrectly. But this is a wise thing to do with any pen, right? Gold with maple is a great combo for this pen. Try it! You’re welcome…..

Nice kit, but the instructions led me to assembling my kit in a way that my OCD was going crazy. It instructs you to insert the threaded portion of the tip without the tip first, and then the clip, then to screw the tip on. In doing this, the hexagonal design didn't line up from one side to the other and bothered me. When I tried to disassemble it, the plastic click mechanic was damaged and made the pen unusable. I'm going to have to reorder another kit to save the pine cone blank I just wasted on this first kit, which is why I gave it 3 out of 5.
