Very pleased with my first couple rounds of using this vertical casting system. Included with the kit are two very helpful videos, showing how to prepare and de-mold the casts. My only suggestion, however, is to use a heat gun lightly on the plastic tube before trying to put it on the Delrin plug. I followed the instructions but still cracked a couple. Using a small heat gun for just a couple of seconds made it much easier to get the tubes on the plug. I will be buying additional materials.

What plugs are needed for cigar and European pens?

There are many European pens, some use 7 mm, others larger, so I can't answer that part.

The 25/64" tubes for the cigar will fit on either the pink Sierra tubes or the white Bolt Action.

Do I need different accessories for different types of pens? Example slimline versus cigar

The only different thing that you MAY need is the silicone plug that goes into the brass tube....and that will depend on the size range you are doing. The plugs are tapered and will accommodate several different sizes of tubes, but if its a big difference in ID of the brass tubes you may need a different size of silicone plugs. The rest of the items are pretty universal and will work virtually all pen tube sizes.

Replacement tubes are $5.00 for a pack of 10 (7/8 x 12" long tubes) You can easily cut the 12" tubes to any size that you need with a pair of scissors. A single 12" tube should yield enough for 3 sierra tube-in type blanks.
