Stars and Stripes Inlay Kits - Jr Gent II (RW & B)
Show your patriotism with this magnificent kit! Always an eye catcher and ever popular, this kit makes a great selling pen..and a super conversation starter! This is original stars and stripes inlay kit.
Your kit will include an upper barrel portion made from blue stabilized basswood, laser cut to fit 50 stars and a barrel section made from red stabilized basswood laser cut to fit 7 waving stripes. The stars and 7 stripes are also laser cut from Basswood.
There are extra stars with each kit in case some get lost.The barrels are turned slightly over sized because once the stars and stripes are glued in, you'll put the barrels back on the lathe for final clean-up and finishing. An instruction sheet is included. Some of the pieces in this kit are quite small! These kits are rated a 3 in difficulty level.

The junior series uses a 10.5mm bit for the body and a 12.5mm bit for the cap. The inlay kit is already drilled to accept the brass tubes, you may need to sand out the hole if the fit is too tight, but do NOT drill it with power equipment.
