This variation on the popular Sierra adds a lot of value to your pen. Just a smidge more elegant, with high end platings. I sell this with wood blanks, label casts, acrylics, abalone, just about anything. I have been switching to this version from the traditional Sierra more and more, and my customers are responding.

Which Sierra pen kits will work with the Breast Cancer Angel blank? I bought one a few months ago and the Sierra pen kit I purchased didn’t work with the blank.

Hi Joe! And Thank you so much, you are very kind!! The Breast Cancer Angel should fit on any Sierra Twist style of pen kit, with the tube size of 0.41 dia x 2.21. With all of the different Sierras, it can be quite confusing, so we made a category for the Sierra style kits that will work. You can find the list here -
