I am always reading reviews on everything before I buy it. One of my customers complained about the pen ink was skipping. This is when read reviews on the Schmidt refills. So, I bought some to try them out and I was amazed at the difference I felt between the standard Parker and Schmidt refills. This is all I use in my own pens and in my customers pens. I have not had a complaint since I switched to the Schmidt refills. I would recommend these to anyone that makes pens.

These are great--I swap them into all my pens. In a blind test, it is easy to tell them apart from the stock kit refills. They are well worth the minimal investment--I just add them into the price of my pens. Oh, and you can always sell your stock refills to get some of your money back--win!

Amazing difference. Definitely worth the extra money, especially if the pen is for yourself or for a gift. When selling the pens, I haven't really noticed a difference in sales volume between pens with the better ink. Possibly due to the higher price I charge.

For $1.60 investment, these can make the difference in a sale or not. Compared to a stock no-name refill, these Easy Flow 9000 have a more consistent line from the first letter, and just have more thickness without being "broad". There's a better line quality - whether it's the actual ink viscosity, or the tungsten tip - these refills are plainly BETTER. The ink is blacker, if that's possible! Don't even think about whether you need these - just buy a bag full and use them on every pen.

As a seller of kits, I have been moving to where all the Parker style refill kits I supply are provided with Schmidt EasyFlow 9000 refills. The customers are happier, their customers are happier and I get no complaints about the "junk" refills

I wasn't sure how much I would notice an upgraded refill, so I used one in my daily pen. It was awesome, I say was because after a few months of use it wound up getting dropped nib end down onto a concrete floor. I swapped it out with a "generic" refill (the one that comes in the kit) and that's when I realized how much I liked the Schmidt. It simply works, it felt better, and wrote better, no skips or rough feeling. It took getting spoiled by a very nice refill to realize that there is a definite difference. Please, if you are undecided, buy one for a couple bucks, use it for a week or two and then put the freebee refill back in. Worst case you are out a couple bucks, but I think you will come away wishing you had "upgraded" all along.
