Lizard Blanks Resin Casting Molds are expertly constructed from premium UHMW, which offers high wear resistance and easy removal. Molds have CNC precision cut dovetail sides and bottoms, and a recessed grooved side. The tool-free thumb screw design means easy and fast de-molding (no more sticky resin-coated hand drills). Each mold has been water tested to ensure it is leak-free. To ensure the best performance, ensure that all wing nuts are snug before pouring resin.
This pen blank 6 pack mold will create 6 equal 3/4" pen blanks that are 6" in length. The Lizard 6 Pack Mold - 3/4" is a multicast mold with 6 separate molds in one body. This mold allows you to cast 6 separate 3/4 x 6" blanks at the same time. The mold easily fits 5 Gallon pressure pots, 2.5 Gallon Pots in the horizontal position
For use with Alumilite, polyester, and most epoxy resins (Liquids Diamonds is not recommended due to the long open time)
Use of a pressure pot depends on the resin that you are planning on using, not the mold. Most molds (unless they are super flexible) can be used either way.
