King Cobra Rotacrylic Pen Blanks

From MasterScroller! A striking king cobra is outlined in the full pose! Done in dramatic black, with a white alumalite backdrop. These blanks should be great sellers...perfect for the biker crowd!

This amazing piece of workmanship involved many hours of design cutting on a CNC, including thousands of lines of code. Once cut, the upper blank was re-cast, in black resin. The matching blank for the other barrel has no image.

The blank will fit a mid-size pen (Jr Gent II/Jr Statesman/Triton etc).  Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some of the white sanding dust and CA or epoxy. These blanks have been precision cut on a multi-axis CNC. The image depth on the blank does not vary. But you need to drill straight and in the center of the blank (there are two pilot holes started for you) or the image on the blank will be off-center and will turn away as you turn the blank down. Please refer to the provided instructions.

Painted tubes are recommended.

    How deep is the image?

Roughly a quarter inch. You will not go through it, if the pen is drilled straight, you can see the image in the drilled hole. We recommend a finished diameter of a half inch or more so the entire width of the image stays visible
