This amazing piece of workmanship involved many hours of design cutting on a CNC, including thousands of lines of code. Once cut, the upper blank was re cast, in resin. The matching blank for the other barrel has no image.
This two piece blank comes as a set that will fit any mid size pen (Jr Gent II/Jr Statesman/Triton etc), or you can make two sierra sized pens! Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some of the sanding dust and CA or epoxy. As always, painted tubes are recommended.
