This amazing piece of workmanship involved many hours of design cutting on a CNC, including thousands of lines of code. Once cut, the upper blank was recast, in resin. The matching blank for the other barrel has no image.
This two-piece pen blank comes as a set that will fit any mid-size pen kit (Jr Gent II/Jr Statesman/Triton etc), or you can make two sierras sized pens! Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some of the sanding dust and CA or epoxy. As always, painted tubes are recommended.
