I haven't tried using this yet (which would likely answer my question), but what side of the paper do I print on? One side is more like the texture of regular copier paper and the other side is a little bit smoother or silkier than the other.

The smoother side should be the side that peels away and gets disposed of (ie non-sticky). To be sure, take a corner and gently peel the two sheets apart just a little. The sticky one is one you want to print on. Re stick the corner back together before running through your printer.
