The chuck is self-centering and ideal for small cup projects, miniatures, and small spindle work. This premium 4-jaw self-centering chuck system fits mini, midi and micro lathes. With a 2-1/8" body it is an ideal chuck for small projects, cups, miniatures, and small spindle work.

Hi James, This will fit most mini lathes. It will come with everything you need to use it on a 1"x8tpi lathe. A lot of folks really love this chuck but keep it mind it is small (2.5" in diameter) and best used for small or micro turnings. I hope that helps! - Dawn
