NEW! Anyone that knows Jeff will quickly realize that he does not settle for the ordinary! So when he wanted to do something for the barbers and beauticians, he came up with this humorous "twist" on the old-fashioned barber pole. The barber pole boy pen blank ....truly a cut above!

NEW! Anyone that knows Jeff will quickly realize that he does not settle for the ordinary! So when he wanted to do something for the barbers and beauticians, he came up with this humorous "twist" on the old-fashioned barber pole. The barber pole boy pen blank....truly a cut above!

This amazing piece of workmanship involved many hours of design cutting on a CNC, including thousands of lines of code. Once cut, the upper pen blank was recast. The matching blank for the other barrel has no image.

This pen blank will fit any mid-size pen kit (Jr Gent II/Jr Statesman/Triton etc)  Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some of the sanding dust and CA or color matched epoxy. Painted tubes are recommended.

this would have been a perfect blank for my project but I am only giving three stars because the scissors and right foot barely penetrated the blank and were turned off very early in the turning process. I went ahead and finished turning it just to see how it looked otherwise and it was amazing. Unfortunately I couldn't use it. I am going to assume this was just a one off mistake though based on what else I have seen.
