Long a classic pen design, Jeff now bring you the new artistic rendition based on the ancient Greek tale of Arachne - the famous and talented weaver who dared to challenge the goddess Athena. Jeff's highly detailed blank has a cool new design! This amazing piece of workmanship involved many hours of design cutting on a CNC, including thousands of lines of code. Once cut, the upper blank was re cast in contrasting resin. The matching blank for the other barrel has no image. Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some colored fill and CA or epoxy.

The pen blank will fit a mid size pen (Jr Gent II/Jr Statesman/Triton etc).  Because of the double casting and the intricate design, there is a chance of encountering a small bubble. If you do, it can easily be filled with some of the white sanding dust and CA or epoxy. These pen blanks have been precision cut on a computer controlled multi axis CNC. The image depth on the blank does not vary. But you need to drill straight and in the center of the blank (there are two pilot holes started for you) or the image on the blank will be off center and will turn away as you turn the blank down. Please refer to the provided instructions. Painted tubes are recommended.
