Universal Pen Blank Squaring Jig
Square the ends of any pen blank regardless of tube diameter! First square the rod to you power disc, or belt sander (works with your sander's mitre gauge). Next mount your blank (with tube inside) and simply slide the blank into the sander. The end will be perfectly square every time.

Square the ends of any pen blank easily and safely! No more pen mill chip-outs! Choose the correct size transfer punch that will fit your blank (Punch set can be found here ) and mounts it in the V groove. You are then ready to perfectly trim your blanks ends on your disc sander. 

The small jig will fit 6" and smaller disc sanders, the large jig is for 6" and above.

Sandpaper Pen Mill

Square the ends of your pen blank easily and safely! No more pen mill chip-outs! Choose the correct size sleeve for the pilot shaft, then add a small sandpaper disc and "square" your "turned-to-size" pen blank.  You can use your lathe scroll chuck with pinjaws or #1 jaws OR you can use a Jacobs chuck in the lathe or a hand power drill.
