KC Carbon Fiber Pen Blanks

We are two brothers living in Calgary Alberta Canada who like making things. Chris and myself (Kevin) have always been interested in working with our hands and bringing our ideas into reality. For me personally, I enjoy the endeavours of developing an idea into a finished product. A path often full of discovery and reward. In recent years I have been increasingly interested in sculpting and resin casting. Which has been a long journey of patience and refinement. Chris opened my eyes to the world of pen turning a couple years ago as it quickly became an obsession for him. Since then, he has converted a small room in our father’s basement into a Woodworking / Wood-Turning shop where he can work on his projects.  He spiked my interest right away with his work and the seemingly endless possibilities pen turning presented. I was especially interested in the marriage of my skills and his hobby. 

Over the past year and a half we have been working on refining our process, and today feel we can finally produce quality Carbon Fiber/Resin pen blanks. We are choosing to offer Carbon Fiber blanks initially as both Chris and I recognize the void in availability and the great opportunity offered for our introduction into creating blanks for pen turners.
