What size mandrel fits these bushings, or does Daycom use its own?

Does your Jr bushing set have a 60 degree opening so they can be used inTBC mode?

Hi Tom, No they are standard bushings. You can find the TBC ones here - https://www.exoticblanks.com/tbc-bushings-jr-gent-ii-jr-statesman-atrax-aaron.html

Do these bushings fit all of the Jr. series kits?

    Hi David,

There are two styles of "Junior series" kit. One, the Jr. Emperor and Jr Abraham has a straight body, both of the "smaller diameter" bushings are the same.

This set of bushings is the other, far more common, Junior design: There is a "fatter" bushing for the nib end and a "thinner" bushing for the finial end. This fits the jr. aaron, anthony, dennis, george, gent II, harold, milton, citizen, statesman and retro---there may be more I have forgotten.

Before you turn any pen, it is a good idea to measure with a caliper the components on each end that will press into the tube. Doing this prevents you from using the wrong bushings, which can spare you from "ooops" pens!!

    DAMHIKT,
